Displaying U.S. listings is a compliance exercise, not a plugin install.
MLS organizations set their own rules, and those rules govern what a website may show, how it must be attributed, and how often the data must refresh. Treating every MLS as identical is how sites end up out of compliance.
I do not claim years of hands-on IDX implementations. What I do is work from the client's actual MLS rules, brokerage policy and approved IDX vendor documentation, and verify the build against those requirements before launch.

What AI does not replace is testing, verification against vendor requirements, and knowing what a real estate business actually needs. The combination is what makes a small independent operation move at the pace of a larger team.

I build to recognized technical and industry best practices and follow the requirements supplied by your brokerage, MLS, IDX provider and CRM. I am a web developer and real estate professional — not a U.S. attorney or compliance officer. I do not issue legal opinions or guarantee legal compliance. For ADA, Fair Housing, privacy regulation, MLS rules and advertising law, final review belongs with your brokerage, legal adviser or compliance professional. My job is to make the site technically aligned with those requirements and to implement required changes promptly.
